Permanent Vegetation
Planting a variety of local plants and trees to stabilize the soil structure.

Demonstrating benefits of no-till farming and gardening to significantly reduce soil erosion.
Cover Crops
Distributing seeds for cover crops that act as a protective layer for the soil.
Mulching
Providing hands-on training on how to use mulch effectively to prevent soil degradation.
Event Report: Land Guardian
Held on June 5th, 2024 (World Environment Day)
Our event, organized in partnership with FARAJA Rwanda and SAUTI Art Rwanda, was a community-driven initiative aimed at combating soil erosion. Under the slogan "Our Land Our Future", we focused on the 2024 theme: Desertification and Drought Resilience.
